Like many, the moment I began working in a corporate setting, I knew it was not for me. I knew that I was destined to dedicate myself to making others feel their best.This manifested in many ways like wanting to work in beauty and even considering a path as a dietician.All of this changed when I began working for a Somatic Sex Coach named Dolly Josette. I had never seen work like this before and it changed my life to see the impact she left on the women she worked with. It was so powerful, I immediately knew this was the work I was meant to do.

I began my formal training with the Sexual Health Alliance in 2022 and am set to receive my AASECT Certification in 2024. I am also a proud member of the National Coalition of Sexual Health.

MY Story STARTED OFF SIMILAR TO Yours…

I grew up in an environment where conversations about sexuality were rare, leaving me unaware of how deeply purity culture and shame had shaped our interactions with intimacy. It felt like navigating relationships in the dark, with no clear guidance. As I stepped into the world of dating, I often felt confused and overwhelmed, struggling to meet expectations I didn’t fully understand. This made building meaningful relationships of any kind incredibly challenging.

Discovering sex-positive spaces was transformative. For the first time, I found peace, clarity, and empowerment in how I approached all types of relationships. It was a profound shift that allowed me to embrace freedom and safety in ways I had never experienced before. Now, my mission is to share that gift—to help others break free from shame and find the same sense of liberation, confidence, and joy in their own journeys.
